What is ENS?
Ethereum Name Service (ENS) is a distributed, open, and extensible naming system based on the Ethereum blockchain. ENS converts human-readable names like "alice.eth" into machine-readable identifiers such as Ethereum addresses, other cryptocurrency addresses, content hashes, and metadata.
